You can use software like TVersity or PS3MediaServer to stream files from your PC to your PS3 (or 360). You need a decent wireless network connection to stream video wirelessly, though.

Yeah I use rapidshare. You just upload your files to rapidshare. Then get on the browser on ps3 and put in the download link it gives you. Then you can download whatever you put on there to your ps3.
