The $300 PS3 has a 120GB HDD, the $350 PS3 has a 250GB HDD.

I would suggest the 120GB PS3, and if you want a bigger HDD, invest $55 into a 500GB HDD, which is only $5 more and twice the memory of the 250GB PS3.
