I would price it at $240, since half your games are downloaded to the PS3 system and the rest are just store bought games.

If you mean how much you'd be able to sell it for, I'd estimate between $400-500 if everything is in near mint condition and no scratches on the games. I don't know how you'd sell the DLC

Well the PS3 is worth about $250, the 3 Dualshocks are worth about $50 together and the headset is worth $20. The games are all worth about $10 except for MW2 which is worth $20-$30. You can't get anything for the DLC. If you're planning to trade it into Gamestop then you'll get $400-$450. These are all based on the values of trade-ins at most respectable video game trade-in centers.
