Pytanie: Is there any benefit in getting a SATA-II drive for my ps3?

if it only runs on SATA-I i do not think there will be any benefits but it does no hurt to try

If you stick the wrong HdD in your ps3, it may harm your console.
Head over to the official Playstation website and check out the forums on what drives to get and problems people may have had, it's the best place for Playstation related info, with no XBox fanboys to be seen lol
